GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Contractual conditions
All deliveries are exclusively subject to these General Terms and Conditions of Brauerei Locher AG.
Any deviating terms of the purchaser are only valid with written approval by Brauerei Locher AG.

2. Delivery conditions
2.1 Delivery area: Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.
2.2 Delivery method: via Swiss parcel service, from 60 kg by Swiss forwarder.
2.3 Delivery times: usually within 1–2 working days after payment receipt. If items are not in stock, we will inform you by e-mail or phone.
Orders of chilled fresh products placed before 3 p.m. are usually delivered the next day. No deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays, Mondays.
2.4 Delivery costs: CHF 12.90 per order, free from CHF 85.–.
2.5 Delivery conditions: assortment restrictions reserved.

3. Orders
Orders can only be placed via the online shop.

4. Conclusion of contract
A) Orders under CHF 1'000.00: contract concluded upon receipt of invoice number.
B) Orders from CHF 1'000.00: contract concluded only if Brauerei Locher AG does not notify in writing within 10 days that it refuses the order.
Payments already made will be refunded free of charge.

5. Terms of payment
1. Advance payment: transfer to IBAN CH72 0900 0000 9000 0626 9 within 15 days.
2. Immediate payment: means shown at checkout (cards, TWINT, Apple Pay, Google Pay).
3. Purchase by invoice with partial payment option (POWERPAY)
As an external payment provider, MF Group/POWERPAY offers the payment option ‘Pay by invoice’. You can simply pay for your online purchase by invoice using the
order invoice. If you do not make the payment within the specified period, you will receive a subsequent monthly invoice the following month with an order overview.
When a purchase agreement is made, POWERPAY takes on the amount receivable and processes it using the payment method selected. By selecting purchase by invoice,
you are also agreeing to our GTC, POWERPAY’s GTC.
4. Subscription: recurring payments via Worldline Saferpay, cancellable/adjustable at any time via customer account.

6. Prices
Prices incl. VAT and recycling/disposal fees (VEG), in CHF. Brauerei Locher AG may change prices anytime. For confirmed orders, agreed price is binding.

7. Recycling fees
Aluminium cans CHF 0.01, disposable bottles up to 0.33 l CHF 0.02, up to 0.60 l CHF 0.04, over 0.60 l CHF 0.06.

8. Availability
Delivery while stocks last. Seasonal items may be limited. Partial deliveries possible with prior notice.

9. No returns
Delivered goods are not taken back. Only price reduction or replacement delivery in case of obvious defects.

10. Defects
A) Visible defects: must be notified in writing within 10 days (postmark valid).
B) Damages: damaged or incomplete goods must be reported immediately in writing.

11. Security and data protection
Transactions via Saferpay. No complete payment data stored. Age verification via PXL Vision AG. For POWERPAY, data processed by MF Group AG.

12. Minimum age
16 years for alcoholic beverages, 18 years for spirits. In case of violation, contract is void.

13. Applicable law and jurisdiction
Swiss law exclusively. Exclusive jurisdiction: CH-9050 Appenzell.

14. Severability clause
If any provision is invalid, contract remains effective. Oral side agreements are only valid if confirmed in writing.

15. Address
